Irate Diesel Performance LLC has been selling auto parts online since 2011. Irate Diesel Performance LLC is an Oregon limited liability company whose country of origin is the United States of America.
Shipping Information
We ship UPS and USPS depending upon shipment. Shipping fees may vary if you require other shipping methods than we normally use. Please inquire for pricing and availability if a different shipping method is needed. All orders are shipped from USA sources with “no signature required” for your convenience, however we recommend that you are available to sign for all packages. We are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. If signature is required please contact us.
When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
Ground orders are usually delivered in 1 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 days. Truck freight orders are usually delivered in 7-12 business days. All truck freight deliveries will be scheduled through the shipping carrier with the customer and need a valid daytime phone number. Please be aware that weekends are not considered business days.
When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are usually available and emailed within 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer than 3 days).
Will My Entire Order Be Shipped Together?
Please understand that your order may arrive on two or more different days because different product combinations may ship from multiple warehouses.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Irate Diesel must be contacted if orders are needing changes or cancellations. Once an order ships it can not be canceled. And doing so will result in a restocking fee plus any charges to return to new sell-able condition if a stock item. No special order products will be available for cancellation or modification. Can I Change My Order?
If you need additional parts you must contact us immediately.
What if I find that I am missing parts in my Irate package?
It is the customers responsibility to check contents of the box with-in 14 days of receiving the item, if something is missing we will get it out ASAP! After 14 days customer is required to pay shipping (at least) for missing item at our discretion.
Privacy Policy
Irate Diesel does not keep, sell, or share any customer information. We use any temporary provided customer information provide only for the purpose of processing orders. Once an order has processed all customer information is permanently deleted.
